KINU Club® — Terms and Conditions

Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to anyone ("you" or "member") who joins or uses the KINU Club® membership program ("KINU Club," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by LMEOW VENTURES LLC as part of the Kinu brand. By enrolling in KINU Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which supplement our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Membership Agreement

KINU Club is a recurring monthly subscription that begins with a free trial. By joining, you agree to:

• A 14-day free trial
• Followed by a recurring charge of $29.99 USD per month, beginning at the end of your trial
• Automatic renewal each month thereafter until you cancel

If you do not cancel before your 14-day free trial ends, you will be charged $29.99 and your membership will renew automatically at the end of each billing period. All membership terms — including the trial length, the price, and the automatic charge that follows — are displayed clearly at checkout, and you must read and accept them before completing your enrollment.

As an active member, you'll receive:

Benefits remain valid only while your membership is active and in good standing.

Billing & Cancellation

Your membership begins with a 14-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be billed $29.99 USD, and the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time, for any reason — including during your free trial, in which case you won't be charged. After a charge, cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period: you'll keep access until then, and no further charges apply after that date. Unused days within an already-paid billing period are non-refundable.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to our website. It is your responsibility to review updates periodically. Continuing your membership after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information when you enroll, and to keep it up to date so we can process your transactions and communicate with you. We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that violate our policies.

Privacy

Any personal information you submit through KINU Club is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, unauthorized access, or transmitting malicious content. Violation may result in termination of your membership.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

KINU Club and all related services and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMEOW VENTURES LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the program or its products.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Together with the policies referenced above, these Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding KINU Club.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
